We do not allow guests to bring their own wine or spirits.

Own cakes are welcome. House cake charge is £3 per person, served with vanilla ice cream.

Balloons and banners are welcome. No confetti. Limited on-site parking; overflow at Argyle House (upper car park after 7pm weekdays, from midday weekends).

  1. Check diary for first and second dates (flag Friday/Saturday late finish and under-18 cut-off 21:00).
  2. Confirm space capacity vs 25 guests and quote minimum spend / hire — price as ENTIRE VENUE exclusive hire / buyout (all areas closed to the public).
  3. Send menu paths: set / sharing / buffet / live station / High Chai as selected.
  4. Note cake charge £3pp if own cake. No BYO alcohol. No confetti.
  5. Offer site visit if requested. Reply same working day where urgency is 48 hours.

What happens next

The events team checks the diary against your first and second dates, matches a space to the headcount, and sends a proposal covering menu, drinks, minimum spend or hire, and any entertainment. Site visits can be booked from there.
